Palm Housing foundation

Palm Housing Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to safe, stable and affordable housing for individuals and families in South Florida.

The organization works with private-sector developers and other housing partners to help advance affordable-housing projects through mission-aligned participation and financing structures. In its work with Sandstone Development Group, Palm Housing Foundation supports the nonprofit and tax-exempt bond components of the capital structure, complementing Sandstone’s role as the developer responsible for project execution.

Through partnerships with developers, public agencies and financing institutions, Palm Housing Foundation seeks to support housing developments that provide lasting community benefit while maintaining affordability over the long term.
